Check Your Air Filters Regularly
One of the easiest things you can do to improve the efficiency of your heating pump is to routinely check your air filters. A clogged air filter won’t allow heat or air through very easily, which means that your heat pump will have to work harder. We recommend doing this at least once a month. You only want to clean the coils on warm days, as doing so on a cold day could lead to your coils freezing.
